ATLS has kept its commitment to sustainability despite uncertain market conditions during this period of post revolution in Tunisia.The human resources strategy of ATLS focuses on the sustained further development and training of its staff and management in line with the company’s philosophy. It is also dedicated to advancing organizational structures and management principles.
By 2017, ATLS again fulfilled its entrepreneurial responsibility with regard to the three pillars of sustainability by its integrated management in the areas of quality, safety, health, security and environment.
ATLS’s IT strategy concentrates on the creation of a new, robust and flexible information platform. The aim is to standardize and improve the efficiency of all business processes in relation of our integrated management system, and customer systems displayed, resulting in higher quality, minimization of different sources of error and an increase in the productivity of the individual users.

Our safety precautions are determined by risk analysis, threat assessment, following the current developments in our country and cooperating with law enforcers.
Our Road Traffic Safety Policy:
We, ATLS are committed to execute and improve our road traffic safety management system in accordance with applicable legal and other requirements.
In line with this commitment, we identify and control the risks and opportunities that are influenced by us or that influence us and aim to constantly improve ourselves by monitoring our performance.
We aim to reduce the amount of traffic accidents and maintain vehicle and road safety, and driver health which is the primary element of safe drive.
The rules that we expect all our drivers to comply to achieve a safe drive are as follows:
¤ Always fasten the seat-belt and be sure that everyone in the vehicle does the same.
¤ Never have a phone call while driving.
¤ Never drive under the effects of alcohol or drugs that cause attention deficit.
¤ Obey the speed limits.
¤ Fully comply with the traffic rules.
¤ Never have a break in places that are not designated to do so.
¤ Follow the emergency communication chain in case of an incident and/or accident.
¤ Never leave the determined route.
¤ Make sure that vehicle maintenance, check and papers are complete.
